Chili's has been running this promotion for at least the last couple of months off and on. I just got another email about it, so it looks like they're doing it again. Here are the details:
Today, April 26, for every adult entree purchased, two free kid's meals can be gotten free. Kids must be age 12 and under, and present at the time of purchase. Multiple uses of the coupon per table are allowed (awesome!). Click on the image above to view and print the coupon.
