While I've never personally shopped at a military commissary, I know several other people who either are or have been stationed in the military at one time or another. My local coupon exchange group is also starting to save our expired coupons to send to military bases overseas, so the info in this post will help us as well...mainly the apparent change in how far expired coupons can be used. :)
