House Staging on a Budget

Most people agree that if you're selling your house, it's best to have it staged.  Not only does staging help it appear lived in, it also gives the home more of a flow to it than an empty house would.

If you're trying to sell your home or know someone who is, Toni, at The Happy Housewife, has a simple post about how to stage a home on a budget.  With suggestions from a professional stager hired by the realtor, she helped her grandfather stage his home for less than $100.
