I made a quick stop into Kroger on Tuesday evening to price check a few things and ended up making a "small" purchase. No picture this time because I had to stash the cereal before Louis saw it so that he wouldn't eat it all.
Here is what I got:
11 boxes Kelloggs Frosted Flakes - $1.99 ea, used $1/2 coupons for 8 and a $1/3 for the final 3 ($1.49 ea. for 8 of them and $1.66 ea for 3 of them)
4 boxes Kelloggs Frosted Mini Wheats with a touch of fruit in the middle - $1.99 ea, used 3 $1/1 coupons and one BOGO coupon ($0.99 ea for 3 and 1 free)
2 boxes Ronzoni pasta - $1, used $1/1 coupons making it free
1 Lawry's marinade - $1.69, used $0.50/1 coupon which doubled to make that $0.69
The cereal was all part of the "buy 5 get $5 off sale" and original prices are reflective of that.
Total out of pocket: $23.04 for a total savings of 63%.
